Thank you for shopping with Faygere. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • The item is in its original condition with all tags attached.

  • The item is returned in its original packaging, where applicable.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Items returned without original tags.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our mistake (such as an incorrect or defective item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

7. Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
